What if I miss a session?

Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice — we sort it on WhatsApp between us.

How quickly will I see results?

Most clients notice changes in energy and strength within the first 2 to 3 weeks. Visible physical changes typically begin from week 4 depending on consistency and nutrition.

Is padwork suitable for complete beginners?

Completely. No boxing background needed at all. Everything is taught from scratch at your pace — it is about fitness and fun, not fighting.
